Abstract

Cream is prescribed food to have the qualities or standards (Clause 1). Cream can be classified into 5 types as follows: (1) Half cream; (2) Cream or single cream; (3) Whipping cream; (4) Double cream or heavy cream or thick cream; (5) Sour cream. Clause 4-10 regards quality requirements to be satisfied by the 5 types of cream. The Notification further provides for requirements for cream production processes, production equipments, storages, labeling and packing, etc.
