Vinegar is prescribed food to have the qualities or standards. Any other products, which are produced for use similar to vinegar, shall be prescribed to be vinegar including the concentrated vinegar (Clause 2). According to Clause 3, vinegar may be divided into three categories: fermented vinegar, distilled vinegar and artificial vinegar.
