Abstract

Supplementary food for infants and young children shall be specific controlled food (Item.2). Item 2 provides for the definition and classification of supplementary food for infants and young children. Item 3 regards qualities or standards to be satisfied by supplementary food for infants and young children. Supplementary Food for Infants and Young Children shall not be passed through irradiation process, and shall not contain any irradiated ingredient (Item 5). The remaining Items provide for requirements for processing of liquid type of such food, food additives and labeling and packing thereof.
