This Notification shall become effective after three hundred and sixty days overdue subsequent to the day of its publication in the Government Gazette.

Abstract

This Notice, consisting of 7 articles, was formulated according to the Tobacco Products Control Act of 1992. Shredded tobacco or blended shredded tobacco manufactured in or imported into Thailand shall be provided with labels displaying with pictures and statements of warning on the harm of shredded tobacco or blended shredded tobacco and contact channels to quit tobacco. It specifies the requirements of the four graphic health warnings to appear on labels of shredded and blended shredded tobacc
