This Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Notification lays down rules for the utilization of alternative biological and/or biotechnological fighting techniques instead of using chemical agents in order to protect the environment and human health. This Notification sets out terms and conditions of subsidies, such as to be registered in the Farmer Register, to make inventory of plant protection products, to carry out plant protection activities in line with the Directives of the Ministry and integrated management principles, and to use plant production products in compliance with the requirements for certification. Moreover, this Notification sets forth provisions on application requirements, procedural matters, payment amount, inspection and deprivation of rights.
