Entry into force notes
This Notification enters into force on 1 January 2013.
Abstract

This Notification sets forth the principles and procedures of the importation of products subject to the control of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock aiming to protect and maintain human, animal and plant health. The list of products covered by this Notification are attached to the original text. The Notification implements the Decree by the Council of Ministers on the technical regulations and standardization for foreign trade dated 7 September 2005.
