This Notification enters into force on the day it published in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Notification sets forth the institutions for the analysis of chemical fertilizers, according to the Regulation on Chemical Fertilizer Inspections. This Notification also sets forth the institutions for the analysis of organic fertilizers, according to the Regulation on protection, importation, exportation and supply of organic, organ mineral and micro-biological fertilizers and soil conditioners. It also sets forth the reference institutions for the analysis of chemical and organic fertilizers. The Notification further emphasize on the fees and payment procedures of analysis.
