The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

The aim of this Notification is to ensure that bread and various types of bread are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. It does not cover dried bread, frozen bread, yufka, bazlama and pita. The Notification further sets forth the product features of types of bread and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales.
