The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

This Notification sets forth the rules and procedures of the methods of sampling and analysis of olive oil and olive-residue oil. The Notification is consisted of 11 articles and 14 annex clauses detailing the rules, procedures and methods of sampling and analysis. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the European Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2568/91 on the characteristics of olive oil and olive-residue oil and on the relevant methods of analysis.
