The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

The aim of this Notification is to ensure that the mechanically deboned poultry meat is produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. The Notification further defines the rules and procedures of the preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales of meat products.
