Entry into force notes
This Notification enters into force on the day it published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

The aim of this Notification is to ensure that fruit jams, jellies, marmalades and sweetened chestnut purée are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. It further sets forth the product features and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales. The Notification does not cover jams, jellies and marmalades used in pastry.
