Abstract

This Notification determines and sets forth the list of simulants to be used for testing migration of constituents of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The Notification consists 7 articles and an annex. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the European Council Directive 85/572/EEC laying down the list of simulants to be used for testing migration of constituents of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
