The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

The aim of this Notification is to ensure that ice-cream is produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. The Notification further sets forth the product features of ice-cream and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales.
