This Notification enters into force on the day it published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

The aim of this Notification is to ensure that pasta is produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. The Notification further defines various types of pasta and sets forth the product features of pasta and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales.
