Abstract The present Ordinance provides for the enforcement of the Foodstuff and Feedstuff Codex in its version of 22 August 2011 ((BGBl. I p. 1770). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the duty to notify and report substances harmful to human and animal health.
