Abstract

This Notice of the Regional Director of the Gauteng Province, made under the National Water Act, requires all persons who use water as set out in this Notice in the Upper Vaal Water Management Area to register their water use as defined in section 21 of the Act in accordance with regulation 3(b) of Regulation No. 1352 of 1999. Water use indicated in Schedule 1 of the Act, water use by members of an Irrigation Board or Water User Association in a distribution system and supplied by a Board or Ass
