Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Appropriation Acts. Section 3 of the above-mentioned Regulations establishes that upon the application to the Minister by one or more persons who intend to do exploratory work on holdings in Northern Canada, the Minister may authorize the payment to such person or persons of a grant in respect of the program expenditure for that exploratory work. The text consists of 16 sections and 1 Schedule.
