The aims and purposes of these Bye-Laws are to regulate different aspects of livestock and other animals including the power to detain, seize wandering livestock, the power to destroy certain animals, the power to prohibit the use of certain stables. Moreover, these Bye-Laws discipline the management of dangerous animals, animal causing nuisance, and the procedure for claiming livestock.
