This Norm enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Norm, consisting of four Chapters divided into 16 articles and one Annex, provides for the procedures for environmental licensing aimed at the implementation of rural electricity distribution networks - RDR, with voltages of up to 34.5 kV or exemption, when applicable, within the State of Pará. The entrepreneur in the preparation of the project and/or execution shall adopt the following measures: prioritize route alternatives minimizing interference with the vegetation of the primary Amazon Forest or in stages of medium and advanced succession; evaluate the possibility of adopting measures aiming to reduce the width of the servitude area of the electric network, in order to minimize impacts on vegetation; avoid interferences in the areas of influence of natural caves, according to current legislation. The Norm is divided as follows: Preliminary provisions (Chap. I); Environmental Licensing (Chap. II); Compensatory and Recovery Measures (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
