This Norm enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Norm, consisting of 32 articles divided into five Chapters and completed by two Annexes, regulates administrative procedures for the organization of the State Register of Conservation Units and Indigenous Lands, the enforcement of calculations and management of the Ecological ICMS Programme. It aims to organize the administrative procedures aiming at the enforcement of Complementary State Law No. 73/00. The State Register of Conservation Units - CEUC shall contain information on these units within the State, according to the Categories of Management detailed in Annex I of this Norm; established at the three levels of Government required for the calculation of the Ecological ICMS, and will be organized, maintained and updated by the Conservation Units Coordination of SEMA-MT. The Registry will be updated annually. For the composition of the Conservation Factor and consequent benefit foreseen in the Law to the Municipality, the conservation unit and the indigenous lands should be enjoying regular registration.
