This Norm enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Norm, consisting of 5 articles, establishes the obligation to show the Animal Transit Guide (GTA) and the negative test for Equine Infectious Anemia for equine in order to transit within the State of Rio Grande do Sul. The obligation to show equine certification valid for at least 180 (one hundred eighty) days for transit should be required within its territory. Equines destined to slaughtering or waiting for be slaughtered (PEAE) as well as horses with less than six months of age when accompanied Mother test negative for EIA, are exempted from the examination of IEA.
