This Norm enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Norm, consisting of 5 articles, prohibits the participation of any bird species in animal events, such as fairs, exhibitions, auctions, among others, in specific periods of the year, throughout the State, in order to prevent the introduction and spreading of highly pathogenic avian Influenza (Bird Flu).
