Abstract This Norm, consisting of 4 articles, approves the procedures and techiques of the 2012 Monitoring Subprogramme for bovine, poultry, swine and equine meat, milk, fish, honey, eggs and ostrich related to the National Plan for the Biological Residues Control in Animal Origin Products - PNCRB (included in Annex I and II of this Norm). It specifies procedures and samples analysis for the above mentioned foodstuff in order to guarantee the quality standards and determine the maximum residue limits in food for human consumption.
