This Norm enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Norm, consisting of 5 articles, establishes preventing criteria and phytosanitary controls to be carried out in order to avoid the dissemination of Schizotetranichus hindustanicus in fruits and plant species of: Citrus spp., Cocos nucifera, Acacia sp., Azadirachta indica, Melia azedarach e Sorghum bicolor. It also establishes information note that these products must have in order to put them on the market. This Norm does not apply for fruit products in vitro and timber.
