This Norm enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Norm, consisting of 12 articles and 1 Annex, establishes procedures, criteria and controls to be carried out for the diagnosis of rabies through methods known as Direct Immunofluorescence Test (TIFD). It also estabilshes sanitary requirements to be met by laboratories in order to test animals. Annex specifies terms, conditions and all the necessary veterinary procedures to be followed.
