Abstract

This Norm, consisting of 16 articles, establishes preventing criteria and controls to be carried out for avoiding Banana Streak Vírus - BSV and Cucumber mosaic vírus - CMV, aiming at their phytosanitary certification and their commercialization. Banana and Cucumber plants must be indexed using the technique Rolling-Circle Amplification (RCA) for detecting BSV and the Reverse Transcriptase - Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT- PCR) for CMV.
