Abstract This Norm, consisting of 18 articles, establishes the technical guidelines for environmental licensing of pig breeding activity. These technical guidelines aim at regulating the environmental licensing of the above mentioned activities and specify the requirements to be met for swine breeding activities related to the location, which must meet the specific criteria in relation to the distance from county roads and State highways and federal highways.
