Abstract This Norm, consisting of 13 articles, establishes the technical guidelines for the environmental licensing of cooling and distribution of milk without any processing. These technical guidelines establish the requirements to be satisfied for cooling tanks which shall be installed in a covered and waterproofed environment and wash the floor for the box of milk fat. Containers used for transporting milk such as brass, when washed in the cooling establishment and distribution of milk, should also have generated the effluent directed to the box for milk fat.
