Abstract This Norm, consisting of 15 articles, establishes the technical guidelines for environmental licensing of home-made production of food and beverages. These technical guidelines aim at regulating the environmental licensing of the above mentioned activities and specify the requirements to be met for artisanal food and beverages production activity which should comply with the provisions of this Norm. In addition, it states the granting or certificate for water use (even if treated) which must be issued by the competent body.
