This Norm IBAMA enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Norm, consisting of 10 articles and one Annex, regulates the environmental control of potentially polluting activities related to the substances subject to control and elimination according to the Montreal Protocol. It specifies that any producer, importer, exporter, trader and user of any of the controlled substances, as well as regeneration and incineration plants, are required to: I - have updated registration in the CTF/APP, contemplating the activities related to substances controlled by the Montreal Protocol and other activities potentially polluting that are exercised by the company; II - inform IBAMA of the environmental license or exemption from environmental license provided by the competent state or municipal body; III - have a valid Certificate of Regularity. The Annex lists Survey forms to be completed and delivered to IBAMA in accordance with the activities developed in relation to the Montreal Protocol.
