Abstract This Norm amends the National System for Control of the Origin of Forestry Products (Sinaflor), established by Norm No. 21 of 24 December 2014. Amendments deal with several matters including administrative and legal proceedings, such as: the Document of Forest Origin (DOF), established by Order MMA No. 253 of 18 August 2006, constitutes a mandatory license for the transport and storage of forest products of native origin, including native charcoal, containing information on their origin of these products, pursuant to art. 36 of Law No. 12.651 of 2012. The control of emission and use of DOF, as well as of stocks maintained by users and activities for processing and consuming products, will take place through the Sinaflor Forest Resources Utilization Module available on Ibama's website on the global network of computers.
