This Executive Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Norm, consisting of 25 articles divided into nine Chapters and four Annexes, approves the general guidelines for the Register of Producer, Owner, Rural Property and Livestock Exploitation, to be observed throughout the State of Tocantins, with a view to standardization in the Computerized Agricultural Protection System of the State of Tocantins (SIDATO). For purposes of registration, consultation with SIDATO and other services to be made available at ADAPEC, the user, individual, must provide for his/her registration, personally, and may be represented by a legally constituted attorney before ADAPEC, with delivery of copy of specific documents in one of the Local and/or Section Units of the Municipality where the rural property is located. All property located in the state of Tocantins must be registered in the official service and can only be performed in its municipality of origin (Annex III). In case the livestock holding is opened by the owner, the property must observe the provisions of In case the livestock farm is opened by the owner of the property must observe the provision of Chapter IV. When the livestock holding is opened by a person other than the owner, the owner must present the documents proving the use of the property.
