Abstract

This Act establishes the Norfolk Island Planning and Environment Board. The Board shall give advice and make recommendations to the executive member on matters regarding the environment, protection of heritage and planning. The Board may invite public consultation or representation on matters that fall within its competence. The Act grants regulation-making powers of the Administrator.
