Abstract

The present Act lays down provisions relating to non-ionizing radiation. In particular, the present Act regulates the protection and precaution with regard to adverse effects of non-ionizing radiation generated by the application of such radiation on humans. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Protection in medicine (2); Protection for cosmetics or other use (3); Prohibition of use for minors (4); Empowerment to issue regulations (5); Powers of competent authorities (6); Announcement of test sites (6a); Cost (7); Penalties (8).
