Abstract: The present Ordinance implements the Environment Protection Act of 29 May 2008. The purpose of the present Ordinance is to protection human beings against non-ionising radiation. The text consists of 18 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Emissions (II); Immissions (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV). Two Annexes are enclosed.
