The Regulation lays down provisions relating to non agricultural use of land. In particular, section 2 establishes that for the purpose of subsection 41(6) of the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Act areas indicated on the maps in this section are lands with non-agricultural uses that existed on the coming into force of the Act.
