In particular, the Ordinance regulates: a) the limitation of exterior noise emission generated by operation of new existing facilities; b) high level of soundproofing against outside noise coming from already existing buildings with noise-sensitive areas; c) identification of exterior noise emission and their assessment in relation to threshold values. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Vehicles, moving equipment and machinery (II); New and modified stationary installations (III); Existing fixed installations (IV); Determination and evaluation of outdoor noise exposure of fixed installations (V); Organization and implementation (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII).
