Article 2 establishes that between certain hours, no person shall, by operating any sound amplification device, or by fighting, screaming, shouting, swearing, singing, or using insulting or obscene language, make in any premises or vehicle noise that disturbs the peace and quiet of persons outside the premises or vehicle in which the noise is made.
