Abstract

The present Ordinance amends the Domestic Market – Animal Disease Protection Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 997). It adds, inter alia, article 36 prohibiting the transit of fresh meat and meat products, as well as of milk and milk products not complying with import regulations on animal diseases. Furthermore, the present Ordinance adds article 43a on publication of announcements.
