The Act abolishes services due from any tenant or holder of any Nindagama land to any proprietor thereof (sect. 2). Section 3 declares every tenant or holder of any Ninagama land as the owner of the land. No holder of the land shall be liable to pay compensation to the proprietor thereof for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the proprietor by reason of the abolition of the services due by such holders of that land (sect. 4).
