The Act also provides for some financial and diplomatic arrangements. This is done in accordance with an Agreed Minute of the annual meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Nile Basin States held in Cairo, Egypt, on 14 February 2002 and the arrangements are set out in the Schedule to this Act.
