The present Regulations enter into force on 2 May 2012.
Abstract

The present Regulations are enacted under the Animal Health and Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the Registry of Newfoundland Ponies and Newfoundland Pony Society. The text consists of 4 sections.
