Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canada-Newfoundland Atlantic Accord Implementation Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating geophysical operation authorization. The text consists of 28 sections divided in 5 Parts as follows: General (I); Geophysical operations (II); Occupational safety and health (III); Reporting requirements (IV); Accidents (V).
