These regulations enter into force on 1 October 2017.
Abstract

These regulations provide for: fees payable to the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority by exporters, or people who want to be exporters, of prescribed products under the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987; and a levy payable to the Authority by the recognised products groups that represent the exporters and producers of those products.
