Abstract

The present Act is made under the Farming and Fishing Industries Development Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees to be paid by new fruit tree growers. In particular, section 2 establishes that each new fruit tree grower must pay to the Council the levy fixed by the Council in section 4 (1) of the Act.. The text consists of 6 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Payment of levy (2); Collection and remittance of levy on new tree fruits delivered to first receiver (3); Remittance of levy on new tree fruits grown and processed by first receiver and on direct sales (4); Records (5); Repeal (5).
