All the New Sudan, public business parastatal bodies being companies or enterprises operating in or outside the New Sudan shall be subsidiaries of the Corporation and all their assets shall accrue to the Corporation. The Corporation shall re-organise and restructure all its subsidiaries. It may establish more subsidiary bodies as it deems appropriate. The Corporation and its subsidiaries shall be the only institution of the Civil Authority to conduct business and no any public institution shall conduct business without the approval of the Leadership Council or according to the law.
