Abstract This Act, consisting of 29 sections and completed by three Schedules, approves an Agreement, subject to ratification by the Parliaments of the States of New South Wales and Queensland. It establishes that each of the contracting parties provide for the enforcement of this Agreement and any Acts ratifying the borders of the above mentioned States.
