Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Marketing Act. The Order grants to every Board (Forest Products Marketing Board) the authority to regulate the marketing of primary forest products produced by producers on private woodlots in inter-provincial and export trade. Under section 3 the Boards are empowered to fix, impose and collect levies or charges from persons in New Brunswick who are engaged in the production or marketing of primary forest products, and to use levies or charges for their own purposes. The text consists of 4 sections.
