Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Salzburg Nature Protection Law 1999 (LGBl. No. 73). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment and maintenance of the Nature Protection Book by the competent office of the regional government of Salzburg. In particular, article 1 lists the different parts of the register, such as, cultural heritage, tree protection, protected landscape, protected nature, national parks, protected areas, nature parks, protected animal and plant species. The text consists of 6 articles.
