No. 22/1997). Article 1 establishes that the regional government of Vorarlberg has to keep a list (so called "red list") containing all plants and animals which are threatened. Article 3 specifies plants which enjoy full protection and article 6 lists animals which are fully protected. Moreover, free living animals may not be hunted or disturbed in any way.
