Abstract

An Ordinance by the Regional Government of Vorarlberg to implement the Act on Protection of Nature and Development of Landscape (LGBl. No. 22/1997). Article 1 establishes that the regional government of Vorarlberg has to keep a list (so called "red list") containing all plants and animals which are threatened. Article 3 specifies plants which enjoy full protection and article 6 lists animals which are fully protected. Moreover, free living animals may not be hunted or disturbed in any way. The Ordinance consists of 7 articles.
